The CT Cake Competition was last weekend and I finally got around to entering a cake.  In afterthought, I think now that it should have been entered into the Special Techniques category, instead of the Intermediate Cakes category, since it was so many gum paste flowers and leaves, etc and the cake was merely a stand to hold them on.  Next time!
